The Lookout is a traditional two bed roomed Cornish granite fishermen’s cottage, with panoramic views over The Outer Harbour and Mounts Bay.

​

 It is extremely popular with visitors, who say it feels like “home from home.” 

​

An “upside down” cottage, with the lounge/diner situated upstairs, guests can take full advantage of the stunning vistas . Whether it is  ships traversing Mounts Bay or  small fishing boats coming and going from Porthleven Harbour. 

​

The lounge offers easy seating for five, with dining for four. Children’s highchair provided.

 

With storage heating and electric radiators throughout the cottage, the lounge also has a cosy coatl-effect fire.LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player. 

​

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a 5ft king sized bed and the other with 3ft twin beds. The bathroom, with shower over the bath is adjacent. The country style kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine.

Bed linen,  towels , |Broadband and wi-fi included in the price . The Lookout has the added bonus of off road private parking with space for two cars. A bench infront is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. Enclosed rear courtyard for secure storage of bikes, surfboards, etc.

Sited right on the Coastal Path there are amazing walks right on your doorstep. The village centre and harbour with its attractive selection of shops and restaurants is just a few minutes’ walk away. The famous Ship Inn pub is even nearer!
