Notes

1.	Prices quoted above incorporate the provision of bed linen, including duvet covers.
2.	Electricity charges, calculated by meter readings, are in addition to the above.
3.	Short breaks are also available. For example a three night weekend stay would only be 60% of the weekly tarrif. Similarly, a four night stay would be 75%. We would be pleased to quote for any time of the year. Please note that bookings for short breaks in the period May to October are likely to be accepted only at relative short notice.
