Welcome to our website. We now offer self catering accommodation in just one cottage. It is called The Lookout and is located in the popular fishing village of Porthleven. It sits above the outer harbour and has stunning views over the harbour, along the beach and out to sea. Accommodation is available all year and we offer short breaks in the winter months.

We have spent many self catering holidays in Cornwall over the years, in the Porthleven area in particular. We have got to know the area fairly well, especially as Sally was brought up in the village. Of course, we have experienced a wide variety of accommodation and furnishings. At The Lookout, which we bought in 2003, we have sought to provide the holiday maker with high quality accommodation and we shall continue to strive to maintain a high standard. With the superb location we could hardly do anything else.

The cottage also has a drying area and its own parking space. We regret that we do not accept pets at the cottage.

Porthleven itself is completely unspoilt and retains its own “Cornish” feeling. It is centred around a picturesque harbour and is well served with a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is ideally placed to explore this south west area of Cornwall – see our links page for some ideas.
